We work with fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity and gaming companies to distribute and display their news announcements on industry-focused websites. Our multiniche publisher network and our automated platform delivers fast content publications and brand exposure.

Role description

The ideal candidate will apply their practical experience in script writing and/or front-end coding, coupled with the capability to manage and optimize the performance of automated systems. This role demands a solid grasp of business operations and the capacity to independently prioritize and execute tasks, including script development and the creation of automations using various tools and APIs. The successful applicant will demonstrate a keen ability to identify and address team pain points, developing intelligent and effective automation solutions utilizing APIs, Zapier, and Make. The role may include and/or have room for growth into QA and Front-End role capacity.

Responsibilities

• Big-picture understanding, can-do attitude and self-management
• Overseeing and maintaining large scale automated systems
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation, improving operational efficiency
• Analyse and optimise team workflows by developing automations and enhancing CRM solutions, leading to improved productivity and effectiveness..

Qualifications

• Coding bootcamp alumni or equivalent coding experience in JS + CSS
• Google Sheets/Excel at a very high level
• Experience writing advanced SQL queries
• Very good understanding of how CRMs, APIs and integrations work
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders 

Bonus skills:

Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to create insightful reports from system data to drive business decisions

Experience working with Zapier/Make, Retool, Tableau, QA methodologies, Devops tools
