Vice President Marketing

Role Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's mission and market positioning.
• Implement brand advocacy tactics using influencers, reviews, and social media for amplified presence and engagement.
• Coordinate with the creative team for cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

Growth and Sales Optimization:

• Direct the Head of Growth in optimizing D2C channels for enhanced sales and scalability.
• Craft and execute monetization strategies, focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with the creative team for a performance media strategy rooted in consumer motivations.

Customer Retention and Engagement:

• Collaborate with the product team to design and manage customer retention programs across multiple channels.
• Analyze customer engagement data to refine and improve retention strategies.
• Integrate marketing insights into product development for enhanced community engagement and feature launches.

B2B Relations and Support:

• Provide strategic marketing support to partners and distributors, enhancing B2B relations and supporting sales initiatives.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Oversee and nurture the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, productivity, and data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing and other departments, ensuring data-driven development of marketing materials and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role - Director / VP of Marketing
• Strong understanding of B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
• Innovative thinker with the ability to drive groundbreaking success in a fast-paced environment
