Playstudios is looking for a Monetization Operations Specialist to join our Live monetization team, work with us to execute business plans into Live configurations that will target our audience of players

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and operate our daily in app messaging system to users
• Manage and operate our daily offer and sale system
• Send users messaging tying to our daily activities, and help keep the game loop going

We need someone with great technical abilities, who can execute a very detailed configuration plan into realization, sometimes under a pressuring schedule. We also need him or her to be a team player, fun to work with, and amazing in general. If that’s you, don’t be shy!

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with monetization managers and data analysts to compose the list of winners, and respective prizes.
• Collaborate with QA and system operators to make sure the correct assets are configured.
• Work with Game economists, and developers, assist in resolving production incidents (incident resolved when compensation was sent to users).
• Gather requirements for prizes to send to users post event.

REQUIREMENTS

• A methodical, organized, and thorough person who’s able to design efficient work processes and follow through.
• Highly attentive to details, responsible, and punctual.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
• Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn.
• English proficiency both spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
• SQL knowledge - Advantage
• Student in the first or second year with a preference for a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering and Management - Big advantage
• Ability to work under pressure - Must!
