Our solution blends natively into the user's workflow and allows the user to find, organize, access, and act on resources from all the different SaaS applications they are connected to, rapidly and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Providing technical guidance and support to prospects and customers.
• Explaining products and services to customers and working closely with them to understand their technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Assisting with product demonstrations, presentations, and technical webinars.
• Providing training to clients, both in person and remotely, to ensure efficient use of our products.
• Handling technical inquiries and providing in-depth information to clients.
• Supporting deal closure by addressing technical challenges and objections.
• Gathering feedback from customers and the sales team to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales engineering
• Previous experience in a startup environment
• Previous software development experience
• Experience with AI cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building meaningful relationships.
