Open position –Network Operation Center (NOC) student position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Network Operations Center team as a NOC Team Member.

As part of our NOC team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance of our network infrastructure.

Position responsibilities:

• Join the NOC team as a NOC operator.
• Provide T1 & T2 level of technical support and customer support to Top Notch customers around the globe.
• Monitor the organization's network infrastructure using monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Respond to alerts and notifications promptly, troubleshooting and resolving network issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging expertise and resources effectively.

Relevant Candidates are:

• 2nd year students only. This is a part time position for students.
• Student of Computer Science, SW or Electronics Engineering, Information Systems.
• Fluent English speaker – Must.
• Previous experience in Phyton / Linux / HF / Radio background or Cisco networking knowledge – Major Advantage.
• Work is in shifts – should be available for 2-3 shifts a week – including night shifts
• Work week is Monday – Friday (inclusive).
