Job Summary:
The Global HR Operations is a key contributor to the HR department, responsible for ensuring efficient and effective HR operations while shaping and fostering the organization's culture across multiple countries and regions.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this role involves collaborating with various teams worldwide to standardize processes, enhance HR systems, and support global HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
HR Processes Standardization:
- Develop and implement standardized HR processes and procedures across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global HR policies and practices, providing guidance and support to regional HR teams.
HRIS Management and Optimization:
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS), building processes, adaptation to each country and implementation, generate HR reports and analytics including maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Leverage HR technology tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training to employees on HR systems and tools.
Global Employee Support:
- Serve as a central point of contact for HR inquiries and escalations from employees located in various countries, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR services and support to employees worldwide.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR service delivery and enhancing the employee experience.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data, including employee records, payroll information, and organizational structures.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Compliance Assistance:
- Monitor global HR compliance requirements and regulatory changes, ensuring adherence to Labor laws, data privacy regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Partner with regional HR teams to address and assist with HR compliance issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements across multiple countries.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Several years of experience in HR operations in a global or multinational organization.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms and proficiency in HR software systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and regions/
