As the Web Management Lead, your primary duties will encompass both the technical maintenance and content oversight of our digital platforms across different regions.

This position emphasizes ensuring smooth website operations, facilitating user-friendly navigation, enhancing the digital experience, and keeping the content up-to-date according to our branding and marketing guidelines.

**Website Supervision:**

- Oversee regular operations of the organization's website, including maintenance, improvements, and problem-solving activities.

- Coordinate with the web development team to maintain site efficiency and address any operational challenges.

**Content Oversight:**

- Partner with the marketing department to devise and execute content strategies that increase user engagement and conversion rates.

- Maintain the relevance, accuracy, and optimization of website content for SEO and overall user experience.

**User Experience Enhancement:**

- Track and analyze website performance indicators, such as loading speeds, visitor data, and user interactions, to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.

- Modify site layout, content, and design based on analytical insights and user feedback.

**Project Coordination:**

- Direct major website projects, including site redesigns, the introduction of new functionalities, and system integrations.

**Regulatory Compliance and Security:**

- Guarantee that the website adheres to all applicable legal and regulatory standards, particularly those concerning data privacy.

- Manage the website's security measures, ensuring they are current and followed.

**Team Interaction:**

- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Operations Manager to synchronize website and e-commerce strategies.

- Offer direction and support to the content team in producing materials suitable for web presentation.

**Skills and Experience Required:**

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Web Management role within an e-commerce setting.

- In-depth knowledge of web management, e-commerce systems, and SEO.

- Exceptional project management capabilities with a history of leading diverse teams.

- Proficient in analytical methods with expertise in web optimization technologies.

- Strong communicative and collaborative skills.

- Familiarity with Shopify/Magento platforms.
