Sales Manager

Become our first Sales Manager and take the company to the next level. With a team of highly technical experts, we are on the leading edge of computer vision innovation. Your role as a Sales Manager involves building and executing the sales pipeline for our Computer Vision Application Platform.

Requirements

As we grow, we are seeking a key contributor with a deep understanding of Computer Vision landscape, diverse personas, and an ability to focus on addressing clients' needs. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build and manage the sales pipeline for our Computer Vision Application Platform.
• Collaborate closely with the product team, staying updated on technical advancements to effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges, and tailoring sales strategies accordingly.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of our startup.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of global sales experience, preferably in the AI/ML or technology sector.
• In-depth understanding of the Machine Learning landscape, processes, and personas participating in the ML lifecycle. Computer Vision experience - advantage.
• Proven track record in managing client engagements at various organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on building and managing an effective sales pipeline.
