Role Overview: 

The Director of Product & Clinical Development will play a critical role in leading both the strategic development of new products and the oversight of rigorous clinical trials. This position involves a blend of clinical expertise and product management, requiring a dynamic individual who can navigate complex regulatory environments and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

 • Drive the development of new products from conceptualization to market introduction, leveraging insights from clinical trials and ongoing market analysis.

 • Define clear product specifications and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and market needs.

 • Collaborate across functions with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective product launches and market penetration.

 • Advocate for the company's innovations at professional gatherings, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.

Clinical Trial Management:

 • Oversee the design and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulatory and ethical standards.

 • Develop and maintain partnerships with hospital stakeholders to facilitate seamless trial operations.

 • Manage all aspects of patient recruitment and data integrity, analyzing trial outcomes to inform future developments.

 • Serve as the primary medical contact for clinical trials, providing expert oversight and guidance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

 • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by actively seeking feedback from healthcare professionals and adapting products accordingly.

 • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, facilitating effective communication with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Medicine (MD), Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sciences, or related field.

• Experience in clinical trial management and product development within the medical device industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards, including FDA and EMA guidelines.

• Strong project management capabilities, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and meet project deadlines.

• High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
