North Tel Aviv: A Leading Hi-Tech Company Seeks a Debt collector for the Finance Department Responsibilities : 1. Collecting debts from company clients in Israel. 2. Credit Card Reconciliation 3. Checking invoices. 4. Daily receipt production. 5. Working according to monthly collection goals. 6. Collaboration with internal interfaces. 7. Generating reports and providing regular, updated reports to the collection team leader. 8. Teamwork. 9. Reporting to the collection team leader. Requirements : *2-10 years of experience in a similar position in debt collection for an Israeli company with high sales turnover, Israeli business clients - must *2-5 years of experience in credit card reconciliation, analysis, & reading of credit card statements & debt management. *Proficiency in management reports – debt collection, customer obligations – must *Experience in bookkeeping– must *Ability to meet monthly collection goals - must *Ability to work concurrently with debtor companies, under pressure, & in a busy schedule – must *Experience working with SAP B1 – an advantage. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel - must *Ability to work according to monthly goals - must *Good interpersonal skills, assertiveness, & service orientation. *Ability to work both independently & in a team. *Hebrew & English as mother tongue/proficient level – must Work Conditions *Sunday- Thursday, 08:00/09:00-17:00/18:00 *Two days of hybrid work after 2-3 months of overlap *Monthly salary: 11-14K with bonuses for meeting collection goals, up to 2K *Parking & public transportation *Company employee from day one The position is open to both men & women.
