Role Description

QuickCast is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a full-time on-site role.

As the COO, you will be responsible for leading company operations, including overseeing daily activities, managing budgets and finances, and driving growth and profitability. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your expertise in scaling operations, optimizing performance, and enhancing the customer experience will be essential in driving our company's success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, ideally as a COO or similar position
• Strong background in operations management, including finance and budgeting, supply chain, and project management
• Deep understanding of the OTT ad technology ecosystem
• Proven success in driving growth and profitability for a technology company
• Experience with scaling operations and optimizing performance, including implementing efficient processes and technologies
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with technical vendors.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, product development, and customer support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships, negotiating, and influencing others
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English and Hebrew required; additional languages a plus
