Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will help shape the marketing strategy and tactical activation for our market segment. You will work closely with marketing teams in various regions around the world and with different departments within HQ.

What will you be doing:

• Drive products and solutions introductions globally
• Build messaging, go-to-market plans and sales tools in collaboration with marketing communications and other departments enabling sales to effectively reach and engage with target audiences
• Support global marketing campaigns in collaboration with the different regions and align with the marketing plan
• Develop thought leadership in our market segments
• Work with sales and marketing managers around the world to gain insights and understanding of customer needs
• Orchestrate marketing messaging and visual articulation for all marketing segment activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing management – preferably on a global scale or in a global company
• MBA- Advantage
• Experienced in value proposition building and storytelling
• Experience with technology-driven companies/product
• A passion for technology and the ability to learn new technologies
• Experience with digital marketing – advantage
• Industry experience -advantage
• Excellent English - Highly articulate and clear, orally and in writing - Mother tongue level an advantage
• Self-organized, process-driven, and able to manage complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, highly meticulous and perceptive and Out-of-the-thinking
• Ability to multi-task; perseverance under pressure
