We're seeking a skilled CRM and Retention Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the company's CRM system and develop, manage, and optimize customer experiences using automation tools. You'll conduct a thorough analysis of customer data to identify trends, continuously develop and test new hypotheses for optimizing the customer journey, and evaluate the results of experiments. This position requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration with commercial, product, and analytical teams.
The ideal candidate possesses a natural curiosity to understand people's behaviours, a love for numbers and data-driven decision-making, and proven experience in impacting the customer lifecycle within a product or service.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user metrics to identify trends in user behaviour and formulate hypotheses for optimizing them to drive business growth.
- Communication management: Organize and oversee the brand's CRM communication channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS, to ensure consistent and engaging customer experiences.
- Segmentation: Utilize user data to develop personalized and targeted strategies aimed at maximizing user lifetime value.
- Promo management: Utilize customer data insights to implement effective promotions that maximize targeted user metrics within budget constraints.
- Testing: Implement a continuous "test and learn" approach by conducting experiments using promotion and CRM mechanisms.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, commerce, customer service, and analytics teams to ensure support and alignment across CRM initiatives.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Management: Manage budget expenditures to ensure positive ROI on CRM activities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in the area of CRM and promo management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and reporting methodologies to assess campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. Experience in marketing of mobile application-based services (would be a plus).
- Results-oriented focus on driving measurable business impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great communication skills, being able to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
