Head of Product

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead and oversee the development of extensive product suite. This role will play a critical part in shaping the workflow and productivity of a vast array of business professionals by spearheading product initiatives, working closely with our company's founders, and leading the product team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish clear objectives for both the business and our users, and steer the product development roadmap to meet these goals.
• Lead and collaborate with teams of designers and engineers to implement the product vision effectively.
• Champion the delivery of superior product quality, coordinating with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure high standards are met consistently.
• Proactively gather and analyze user feedback and market data to develop a comprehensive understanding of our target audience, which will inform strategic decision-making.
• Step in to directly address and solve complex challenges as needed, working collaboratively with various teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in SaaS platforms
• A strategic mindset with a capability to simplify and execute complex plans.
• Adequate technical acumen to hold substantive discussions with engineering teams.
• Design sensibility, with an intuitive grasp of what makes a design functional and appealing.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to organize effectively, capable of influencing both colleagues and external partners.
• Proven ability to conduct meaningful quantitative and qualitative user research
