We are looking for a Staff/Principal Technical Program Manager to lead programs that will build and scale out the Virtual Try-on Experience

What You'll Do

As a Staff/Principal Technical Program Manager, your main responsibilities will revolve around managing Medium/Large software development programs.

• Work closely with architects, engineering, product, design and business. leaders to ensure the successful completion of these programs.
• Create the program structure and shared alignment with the program team across Walmart on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Walmart, ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, and project cadences through your influence.
• Define goals, critical delivery paths, and key deliverables for Medium/large-scale programs that incorporate multiple initiatives with dependencies across multiple areas of work, timelines, and resource constraints.
• Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues
• Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes.
• Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.
• Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change.

What You'll Bring

• 8 to 10 years (Staff) or 10+ years (Principal) as a Technical Program Managers in software delivery
• Strong experience with Enterprise Agile Program Management
• Demonstrated ability to build strong x-functional relationships
• Exceptional and concise verbal and written communications skills
• Skilled in Data-driven, objective analysis and decision making
• Ability to manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment
• Comfortable presenting to and persuading multiple stakeholders from front line associates to business and Global Technology Executives
• Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment
• Demonstrated ability to rationalize ambiguity
• Quantitative or engineering background
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - preferred
