Junior Bookkeeper – SpoTower

Part time: 50%-70%

Our mission is to empower thousands of consumers to make informed decisions about the products they seek by offering comprehensive and relevant information alongside robust comparison tools.

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the A/P
• Processing payments.
• Managing accruals and prepaid expenses monthly.
• Process travel and expense reports and maintain approval flow.
• Responsible for ongoing communication with vendors.
• Conducting daily banking activities and Bank reconciliation, Credit card reconciliation.
• Accounts Receivables – Invoicing, collection, and reconciliation.
• Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices and maintaining approval flow and payments.
• Assist in month-end procedures.
• The main focal point for employees and external stakeholders for payroll-related queries.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of experience in bookkeeping from tech companies
• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 2/3 and Payroll Accountant Certification
• Good knowledge of working with Excel sheets.
• High Level of English.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details
• Team player with excellent interpersonal relations, independent work capability, and learning ability.
