Director of Development for a multidisciplinary company

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's hardware R&D strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Provide visionary leadership to our hardware and R&D team.
• Lead the development of cutting-edge hardware products from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
• Technology Management
• Collaborate closely with other departments and external partners to integrate hardware products into broader solutions seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• BSc./MSc. in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience (+15 years) in hardware R&D, preferably in a leadership role within a technology company.
• Deep technical expertise in hardware design, including analog and digital circuits, PCB layout, signal processing, and EMC.
• Experience with multidisciplinary and IoT products.
• Demonstrated track record of bringing hardware products from concept to market.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
