This is a full-time position, in our office in Raanana.

Job Description:

• Accompany our traders by providing clear information regarding the rules of our funding programs
• Capability to hold a one-on-one conversation with our traders and provide tips and advice on many topics within the realm of trading
• Handling trading accounts through our manager software.
• Managing the live chat and giving clear answers to potential traders or current portfolio managers
• Analyse the market and understand uncommon situations (slippages, gaps, spreads)
• Develop tools for automating and optimising customer flows
• Capability to develop and manage upcoming projects
• Answer phone calls, solve problems and provide resolutions

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and passion for financial markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer support experience in the financial services sector (broker, hedge fund, bank) *advantage*
