Rapida (www.rapidasensing.com) is looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer with a strong understanding of infrastructure automation and cloud technologies!

Role Description

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in automating our infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and maintenance processes. This role will be responsible for leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and cloud-native technologies to ensure a smooth and efficient software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement infrastructure automation solutions using Terraform
• Manage and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) repositories
• Automate deployments and configurations using CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Manage and optimize infrastructure resources on Microsoft Azure
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams to bridge the gap between development and operations
• Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps tools and technologies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Proven experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Excellent scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef)
• Experience with Infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
