Product Manager

As part of the Product Management team in PlayStudios Israel, you will play the main role in creating, designing and optimizing one of the top-ranked mobile slots games, played by hundreds of thousands of players a day.

Each Product Manager in the company owns a different area of the product, together with a dedicated multifunctional team of developers, economy managers, artists, UX Designers, and Data analysts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for mobile gaming, and a proven track record of delivering successful products in the casino or gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of a feature, from ideation through design to the launch.
• Lead a dedicated cross-functional team, and set it for success. Be able to collaborate with all the different disciplines in the team, share business knowledge with the team, and create an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation within it.
• Invent new and innovative social game mechanics. Be sensitive to the elements that create thrilling user experiences.
• Specify feature requirements and how they take shape in the product, considering the various constraints and available resources (technical, economy, Customer experience, UX, cost).
• Define the KPIs and analytics for evaluating the effect of a new feature and its benefit to the product.
• Understand and integrate Playstudios' unique Loyalty program in our projects and features

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry.
• A strong passion for games!
