The FINQ team is composed of 30 exceptional individuals. We recently introduced our first product to the U.S. market and our first product in IL and are poised to maintain this momentum with the planned launch of multiple additional products in 2024. This presents a unique and exhilarating opportunity for our first product manager to come on board during this pivotal and fascinating phase of our journey. 

About the role 

The Product Manager at FINQ will play an important part in managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of all new products we are launching. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this individual will be deeply involved in translating strategic vision into market-ready products, from ideation through launch and beyond. As the sole person responsible for optimizing live products, the Product Manager will regularly interact with customers, conduct usability and UI testing, launch new features, and continuously monitor and analyze product performance to drive improvements. Collaborating closely with our Founder and CEO, Eldad Tamir, and product experts across the organization—including financial experts, UI/UX designers, marketing, and R&D—the Product Manager will ensure that every product aligns with our strategic goals and product vision to deliver exceptional user experiences. The primary objectives for this position are to increase user retention and reduce churn, thereby positioning FINQ as a leader in the market through innovative product solutions and help change the financial landscape and how people around the world invest. 

What you’ll do 

1. Monitoring product performance: Track and assess the performance of the product using critical metrics, leveraging this data to guide strategic decisions for future enhancements and iterations. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on adoption, engagement, retention, and churn reduction. Analyze performance data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and spearhead optimization efforts. 
2. Product lifecycle oversight: Active part in managing product lifecycle from concept to development, launch, and beyond. Ensure seamless execution at each phase, aligning closely with the overarching product strategy. 
3. Feature development and prioritization: Work in tandem with the engineering and design teams to establish product specifications, rank feature importance, and guarantee the delivery of high-quality outputs on schedule. 
4. Analysis of customer needs: Actively collect and scrutinize customer feedback to grasp their requirements and challenges. Convert these insights into actionable plans for product refinement and the introduction of new features. 
5. Interdepartmental collaboration: Engage closely with teams across UX/UI design, marketing, copywriting, professional experts and leaders, to implement a cohesive product development and launch strategy. 

What we are looking for 

1. Bachelor's degree preferred in business, technology, or computer science. 
2. Over 2 years of B2C product management experience in a startup. 
3. Minimum 1 year experience collaborating with R&D on technical specifications, with a solid grasp of software development. 
4. Demonstrated success in launching web applications from concept to launch. 
5. Excellent project management skills, able to handle ambiguity and complexity. 
6. Strategic thinking and execution ability, with a knack for driving business growth. 
7. Skilled in strategic product planning and impact analysis. 
8. Proficiency in data-driven product design and analytics. 
9. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products. 
10. Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and a collaborative team member with fluency in English.
