Digital Transformation Leader

Our engineering and systems unit in the Missiles and Space Systems Division is looking for a Digital Transformation Leader.

What will you do:

• Responsible for designing, defining, and adapting digital transformation capabilities to production floors and laboratories.
• Rapid understanding and learning of existing production processes in a multi-disciplinary technological factory.
• Operational process improvement for production line efficiency, product quality enhancement, and defect reduction.
• Integration with projects involving PLM and SAP information systems.
• Main focus areas: Augmented Reality, Robotics, MES, and SCADA.
• The role combines hands-on work in project management, programmed controllers, hardware/software, communication systems, and HMI/SCADA/MES systems.

What we are looking for:

• BSC in Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer/Information Systems or Computer Science - mandatory.
• Experience in infrastructure setup, advanced systems/communication systems, and programmed controllers - an advantage.
• Understanding network architecture and system schematics - an advantage.
• Previous experience with MES, PLM, ERP, HMI, and SCADA systems - an advantage.
• Ability to promote and lead a project from requirements definition to implementation - an advantage.
• Knowledge of control and security systems installations and operations - an advantage.
• Background in various communication protocols such as MODBUS, TCP/IP, passive communication infrastructures, familiarity with switches, routers, and information security systems - an advantage.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and control environments - an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, servers, SQL, and cellular networks - an advantage.
