We are looking for a Product & Content Support student to join one of our teams and help with various clients that require basic support.
In short, the job is to provide a satisfactory solution. Help the clients operate the product website/system they use - we will provide training for everything you need to know.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a professional attitude toward clients at all times
Responding promptly to inquiries through various channels of communication
Acknowledging and resolving the clients’ complaints
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
A second year in BSc Computer science/ Information system / Economics / B.Sc. Industrial Engineering / Business Management or any other relevant studies.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Technology oriented
Organized and detail oriented
Experience as a technical support - Advantage
English - Fluent knowledge - Must!
Suitable for students 2-3 days a week (part time).
