Currently, we are seeking a talented Electronics Department Manager and Management Team Member to join our team in Karmiel.

Role Overview:

💫As the Electronics Department Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team of electronics engineers and contractors. This position involves a dynamic blend of project management (60%) and technical development (40%). Key responsibilities include:

💫Managing a team of electronics engineers and contractors.

💫Overseeing projects with clients from inception to completion.

💫Developing hardware components and integrating them seamlessly.

💫Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in mechanical and software engineering.

Requirements:

💫Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in electronic circuit design – essential.

💫Proven management experience leading teams of at least 3 employees and handling significant projects – essential.

💫Strong sense of personal responsibility, task orientation, high motivation for service, and self-learning ability – essential.

💫Multidisciplinary technological background – advantageous.

💫Experience in the security industry – a significant advantage.

💫Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
