Brand and Marketing Designer

We're on an exciting growth journey and searching for our first Brand and Marketing Designer to become an integral part of our vibrant Marketing team. It's an exciting opportunity to develop a brand that people will fall in love with.

Responsibilities

Have full responsibility for conceptualizing and creating all of Anchor's marketing materials including but not limited to branding, website, conference booths, presentations, print advertising, video ads, landing pages, banners, and more. 

Requirements

• A MUST - portfolio showcasing creative and inspirational design skills (We're looking for the one who can make people go "WOW")
• A MUST - 3+ years experience in brand and marketing design (online and offline), in tech companies, startups, or top advertising agencies.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding guidelines (typography, layout, and grid)
• Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently
• Comfortable and experienced in utilizing Gen-AI in the design process
• Mastering design softwares, such as Figma, Adobe, Canva etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
