Research Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and talented Team Leader to join the Endpoint Security Products Group and take responsibility for the Infrastructure and detectors team.

You will have the opportunity to lead the design, architecture, and implementation in the team, work with customers, and define our next-generation Windows security products.

We use an exciting and mixed technology stack (mainly C#/C++) in a Windows environment.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a strong development team.
• Lead the design and implementation of Endpoint Security Products solution running on Windows machines.
• Research and suggest new technologies to improve product flow, robustness, performance, security, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and manage relations with stakeholders in Check Point to manage requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate and manage relations with customers.
• Work on client-side Backend in different languages.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 2+ years of experience as R&D Team Leader.
• Experience in development on Windows OS.
• Proficiency in C#/C++ programming languages.
• Knowledge in Networking.
• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong coding and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
