Senior Product Manager

Bright is a rapidly growing, top-tier venture-funded company focusing on developer-centric application security for the enterprise. We enable organizations to fix security issues before they reach production by integrating security early in the software development process, reducing reliance on manual testing, and running scans frequently.

We are seeking a Product Manager with prior experience with the software development!

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and drive new product capabilities from inception to go-to-market.
• Collaborate across use cases and teams to enhance product capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering, taking ownership of delivery.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure our solution aligns.
• Develop, lead, and communicate the product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
• Enable sales, marketing, and success teams on product updates and launches.

Qualifications we're seeking:

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Background in cybersecurity or developer-oriented products.
• Proven experience defining product vision and roadmaps.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Voice of the customer and enterprise experience.
• Go-to-market experience and technical expertise in software development or AppSec.
• Data-driven decision-making and understanding of SaaS technologies.

Preferred:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Startup experience and ability to work across time zones.
• Location: Israel.
