Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end process of researching, designing, and hands-on building of tools and infrastructure to scale our service and make it seamless for deployment, operation, and integration.

Act as a key enabler for the sales team, assisting them in closing deals by providing expert knowledge and insights.

Serve as a platform expert, working closely with Product and Engineering to transform customer challenges into new features and solutions.

Troubleshoot and address complex customer issues and queries in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, maintain alignment, and solve technological challenges to accelerate the sales process.

Create ad-hoc technical solutions and automation for pre-sale, post-sale, and internal use cases.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of software development experience - MUST

Experience with at least one of the 3 large CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent collaboration skills across various teams including R&D, product, and sales engineers.

Experience with modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, micro-services, Git actions, etc.

Advantages

Technical Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Prior experience in a similar role in Cybersecurity.

Experience working on Data-Driven products.

Proficiency in SQL and database management.

Strong knowledge of Javascript and Typescript.
