"HaGal Sheli" is a non-profit organization based in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The organization uses surfing as an educational tool to provide at-risk youth with the opportunity to gain self-confidence and overcome challenges. "HaGal Sheli" operates various programs for teenagers from all realms of Israeli society, including different religious backgrounds, both boys and girls.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper at "HaGal Sheli". The Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software management, finance-related tasks, and journal entries.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in accounting
• Accounting certificate 2/3
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Knowledge of finance principles
• Ability to handle journal entries
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of non-profit accounting procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
