Continuous Airworthiness Specialist

Israir Airlines is currently seeking a Continuous Airworthiness Specialist to join our team. As a growing airline operating a fleet of A320 aircraft, we are expanding steadily with upcoming additions. Considering our forecasted growth, we are in search of highly motivated individuals for this role.

**Role Description Key Responsibilities:**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continuous Airworthiness Specialist at Israir Airlines and Tourism located in the Ben Gurion Airport, Israel.

• Evaluate, Manage, and oversee technical documentation from vendors and manufacturers within the assigned area of responsibility (i.e. AD, SB, SL, STC’s, Repairs, etc.).
• Act as a primary contact for complex projects related to the assigned area of responsibility, including Phase-in/-out activities, Aging aircraft programs, Developing and establishing follow-up system, and Transitioning to paperless systems.
• Develop and manage the aircraft Reliability Programme, analyzing maintenance program effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Supervise, audit, and manage subcontracted service providers, primarily outstation line maintenance providers.
• Perform inspections/audits on aircrafts and MROs.
• Develop, monitor, and revise the Approved Maintenance Programme (AMP), including structural integrity and reliability programs, and conduct an analysis of its effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

- Willingness to accept duty travel.

- Relevant/Previous experience in an aeronautical environment or Civil Aviation industry (preferred).

- Strong project management experience.

- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

- Experience with the Airbus A320 family (preferred).

- Familiarity with AMOS maintenance tracking software is advantageous.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
