Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in developing Microsoft BI systems using Dax, SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles and practices.
• Ability to train, mentor, and coach other BI developers and analysts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of diverse and talented BI professionals.
• Ability to handle stressful situations, deadlines, and multiple priorities with calmness and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Passion for learning new technologies and best practices in the BI field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering BI projects in a project-based company.
• Experience in designing and implementing BI solutions that meet the business needs and expectations of the clients.
