As our CTO, you will be responsible for leading the technological vision of SurgiAI.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Technology Leadership: Drive the development and implementation of our AI-powered surgical navigation multidisciplinary platform.
• People Leadership: build a talented team of engineers, software developers, and AI experts.
• Innovation and R&D: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in the fields of imaging, AI, and surgical navigation, identifying opportunities for advancement and driving innovation within SurgiAI.
• Product Leadership: Oversee and lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring that our solutions align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key opinion leaders, research institutions, and industry partners to foster strategic collaborations and leverage external expertise in advancing SurgiAI's technology and market presence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading and managing the development of complex software and hardware systems of medical devices, ideally in the field of surgical navigation, medical imaging, or AI.
• Deep understanding of AI algorithms, computer vision, and data processing technologies.
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong academic background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Ph.D., M.Sc.) are preferred.
