System Implementor

As we continue to expand our operations in Israel and abroad, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Quality Management System Implementer.

As an Implementer, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer needs, managing assimilation projects for our clients. You will work closely with customers both in Israel and abroad, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and system configuration to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze customer needs and requirements, and prepare detailed implementation plans.

* Lead the assimilation project, managing timelines, to ensure successful project completion.

* Communicate effectively with customers, providing support and assistance.

* Provide training and guidance to customers on system usage, best practices, and optimization.

* Configure the system according to customer specifications, ensuring alignment with quality management standards and regulatory requirements.

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science / Biotechnology, or related field - a must

* Experience of 1-5 years as an implementer - a must

* Technical knowledge and orientation in the computing world – a must

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams - a must

* Personal initiative and curiosity, continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies - a must
