Argus is looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Management Engineer to ensure that our products meet all necessary requirements for software production.

The QM Engineer will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining the automotive standards and collaborate across business units with stakeholders to improve products and processes continuously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop best practices for software quality and cyber security
• Ensure compliance, stability, and quality of products and assets under your responsibility
• Train and coach project/ product’s interfaces to implement the quality standards in the best practices
• Perform quality spot checks reviews and releases quality reports
• Prepare and lead the internal and external Automotive SPICE assessments and tracking of measurements
• Develop and submit detailed reports of findings, analysis, and recommendations
• Collaborate across business units with stakeholders to improve products and processes continuously.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering /Computer Science or another relevant field
• 3+ years of experience working in development teams as a Software Development / Software Testing Engineer / System Engineering / Project Management / Cyber Security Analyst/ Quality Management
• Attention to details
• The ability to learn independently
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Advantages:

• Understanding of Automotive SPICE or any other equivalent quality standards and implementation experience
• Cyber security knowledge and Cyber security analyst experience
• General understanding of ISO/regulatory aspects and processes.
• Working experience with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
