Senior Product Designer

We are looking for someone to step into a high impact Product Design role, focused on using design experience and expertise to research, scope and build new and improved user experiences across our product surface area. This is a role that will significantly impact our growth, touch all parts of our business, and provide limitless opportunities for business impact and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Sniff out opportunities. Design exceptional products that solve key pain points from start to finish, participating in all phases of design from problem definition to feature development and iterative optimization.
• Develop points of view. Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity to product actionable and defendable designs informed by user research, market trends, and business goals.
• Turn ideas into real, working products. Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation.
• Level up everyone around you. Collaborate regularly with engineers to help them adapt, implement and ship high-quality user experiences.
  
  

• 6+ years of product design experience working with users and technical teams designing and implementing products that reach production and delight customers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills — you’ll be collaborating with others and presenting your work regularly. Managing stakeholders and fostering trust is a superpower.
• The flexibility to design in low and high fidelity and choose the most efficient and responsible process for the job at hand.
• The ability to connect business strategies, available technologies, and design solutions to deliver best-in-class user experiences that demonstrate an understanding of user needs and jobs to be done in a complex domain.
• A strong proficiency or willingness to gain one in Figma – both design and asset / component organization – and a familiarity with handing off designs to product development.
