As a Solution Associate, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our innovative software solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional professional services, including onboarding projects and ongoing technical know-how. As a product expert, you'll help our customers unlock the potential of our products for our customers, focusing on client satisfaction and the seamless adoption of our products. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a strong accounting background who wants to move from accounting to software. You will be an integral part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects guiding new customers through the implementation of our products.
• Provide technical support to resolve customer issues during US business hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to product functionality, data integration, and system configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product enhancements bugs, and user experience improvements.
• Deliver product training and assist with the creation of support documentation.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Trullion's US base salary range for this full-time position is $ 70,000 - $110,000+ Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
