Account Manager- Performance Publishers

Outbrain is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and customer-obsessed Account Manager to focus on our global portfolio of Performance Publisher marketers. You’ll work closely with a dynamic and collaborative global team to lead our clients to success in the fast-paced industry of content arbitrage.

We’re looking for an experienced candidate with a strong analytical and creative mindset. You will work closely with marketers and other internal stakeholders to lead the success of our clients' Outbrain campaigns. Our ideal candidate will have a background within the digital and content arbitrage environments, supported by exemplary relationship management and communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Satisfaction:
• Establish and maintain profitable business relationships with our globally distributed Performance Publisher clients
• Maintain a regular cadence of communication and meetings, in which you will: identify issues, discuss opportunities, provide product updates, and lend general account support
• Help clients develop data-driven optimization strategies and achieve their KPIs
• Revenue:
• Execute on growth opportunities within existing business, prevent churn, and successfully launch new marketers
• Increase scale and improve performance to exceed revenue targets
• Innovation:
• Identify areas of opportunity for the Performance Publisher business to progress through new and improved tools, processes, or ideas.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a client-facing digital advertising role, preferably with a focus on the content arbitrage landscape and native experience
• Solid understanding of arbitrage monetization model is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and communicate impactful trends in data
• Focus on “getting things done” in a fast-moving, evolving and challenging environment, which requires excellent organization and prioritization
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy, as well as working collaboratively with a team
• Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders across time zones, locations and cultures
