Job Description

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our identity verification processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• examine and authenticate a diverse range of identity documents, including passports, driver's licenses, and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
• closely with R&D teams to curate and refine datasets for machine learning model training, employing meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• system performance metrics, generating detailed reports that highlight areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement, ultimately contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology.
• and report any discrepancies or irregularities in the authentication process, working closely with the development team to address and rectify issues promptly.
