AppsFlyer is a customer-obsessed company and as our hypergrowth continues, we want to stay on top of our game. We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who is an expert in building and ramping up sales teams to help us scale the growth of our Global Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning key sales enablement projects such as our onboarding ‘Flyer Program’, launching new products to the sales team, and managing our sales content and communications.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience and contribute to the growth and effectiveness of our global sales function.
What You'll Do
As part of the enablement team, you will:
- Work hand in hand with the Global Sales team, Sales leadership and other departments to represent the needs of sales within new and ongoing projects, processes, and tools.
- Partner with Sales, L&D, and Product to align training needs and enablement priorities against AppsFlyer’s vision and sales strategy.
- Support and contribute to the development of our overall sales enablement program - involving:
- Being hands-on with content creation and development
- Project management and delivery ownership
- Content and systems management
- Operational ownership of the Flyer Program (our sales onboarding program)
- Management and continual evolution of Frameworks; AE, AM, SDR playbooks and processes
- ‘New launch’ lifecycle project management (e.g product, pricing initiative)
- Communications; project comms, quarterly consolidation and updates
- Tracking, reporting and uptake of training
- Knowledge management systems ownership
- Certification management
- 3+ years experience within an enablement function in a SAAS B2B Company
- Experience leading change and adoption of tools and processes
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent people skills
- Data-oriented, experience with Excel, Looker or similar BI tools and Salesforce
- Experience managing operational projects and/or processes from identification to implementation to execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player mindset with proven ability to lead through influence
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Economics / Information System Engineering
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
