Responsibilities:

• Support employees’ life cycle stages and experiences.
• Help in building a coherent and creative employee experience strategy across the employee life cycle, connecting employees to our brand, our values, and our culture.
• Organize company events, holidays, toasts, lectures, and other fun activities.
• Take care of employees’ general well-being, including welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts, and recognitions.
• Ownership, vendor sourcing, timeline management, brand alignment, logistical coordination, invoicing, and related tasks.
• Collect feedback and data to optimize and constantly improve our roadmap and execution.

Requirements:

• 2-3 relevant experience in similar roles in the tech industry - MUST.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew - (verbal and written) MUST!
• Proven experience in managing high-scale projects end-to-end.
• Experience in end-to-end execution of welfare activities and events.
• A creative mindset and story-teller skills.
• A Can-do approach and a dedicated team player.
• A profound commitment and steadfast devotion to providing an outstanding customer service encounter.
• A people person - a relationship wizard with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
