AcadeMe+ by 9-Digital is an online educational platform that offers interactive and ready-to-use film-based lessons from over 1,000 Hollywood movies. In collaboration with Hollywood and international film studios, these lessons are developed using an innovative AI-based film search engine and a team of pedagogical experts. AcadeMe+ aims to provide teachers with engaging and pedagogically sound content for all subjects, with a focus on 21st-century skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead the content development team by managing and approving all pedagogical content.

Provide strategic guidance to the company regarding curriculum structure and content visibility. (UI/UX)

Develop the company's pedagogical approach.

Develop an effective teaching strategies for educators, emphasizing the integration of movies as an innovative teaching tool, aligning with our marketing strategy.

Organize and oversee professional development initiatives such as webinars, training sessions, and conferences for educators.

Utilize data analysis to assess user engagement and pedagogical effectiveness, informing content development decisions.

Stay informed about emerging pedagogical (Edtech) trends, providing recommendations for implementation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including publishers, distributors, and schools, addressing all pedagogical inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in pedagogy, curriculum development, and educational technology.

Expirience with Future ready skills - an afventage

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in analyzing educational data and leveraging insights to drive decision-making.

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education, including evidence-based learning methodologies.

Previous experience working with Ed Tech, educational institutions, publishers, or distributors is preferred.
