Certified Public Accountant

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Implement robust financial systems and processes to manage large amount of employee's salaries effectively.
• Provide leadership and direction to the accounting and finance teams.
• Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to understand their needs and advise on financial implications of business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Proven experience as a CFO or equivalent role in finance.
• Strong background in employee salary management and payroll systems.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence – ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments.
• Experience with corporate governance and business ethics.
