We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our web UI and associated systems and services.

As a Full-Stack Lead @ Vinesight, you will spearhead the technical aspects of our web UI, both on the backend and frontend. This role involves leading the development process and ensuring optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will be at the forefront of redesigning our architecture and guiding the technical direction of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality web UI using Python (backend) and React with Next.js (frontend).
• Architect and redesign the existing systems for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
• Implement responsive design to ensure our web applications are mobile-friendly.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role. (5 years minimum)
• Proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Extensive experience with React and Next.js for front-end development.
• Strong understanding of web architecture and database systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
