We are looking for a Study Director who is passionate, multidisciplinary, independent, and hardworking, with a rapid learning curve.

Ideal for someone who embodies assertiveness, superior managerial qualities, and the ability to navigate complex scientific terrains, this role demands a proactive approach to leadership and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative translational research models.
• Manage and coordinate pre-clinical studies (in house and outsourced) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Craft high-quality study plans and comprehensive final reports.
• Provide exceptional scientific and technical guidance throughout the research process.
• Collaborate effectively with the business development team to secure new projects.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Assertiveness and Advanced Managerial Qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
• Strong scientific acumen and a passion for cutting-edge research
• Experience handling complex scientific tasks and leading research teams (a plus).
• At least 3 years Industrial experience (a plus)
• PhD in Biological Sciences or Related Areas
• Experience with Laboratory Rodents, Including Inflammatory, CNS and/or Immune related models (a plus)
• Experience with 3D in vitro models (Organoids, Spheroids, Bioprinting (a plus)
• Experience Working with Universities and Outsourced Providers
• High-Level Technical Writing Skills
• Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
