Systems Analyst

Role Description

The position includes technological support of the billing systems in the organization.

Accompanying the company's end-to-end billing and billing processes,

Providing a professional response within the organization on billing issues.

Characterization and maintenance of the interfaces between the billing system and the CRM and ERP systems.

Locating and solving technical problems in the billing systems and interfaces to a parallel system (subz)

Characterization, improvements and upgrading of the systems according to the business requirements of the organization.

Dealing with external and internal parties and in a fast and dynamic work environment.

Subordination to the Vice President of Information Systems.

Full time, Sunday-Thursday, 8:00-16:30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or other relevant education
• Two or more years of experience analyzing information systems with an emphasis on core organizational systems
• In-depth understanding of billing processes and accounting with customers - a must!
• An advantage for having previous experience in analyzing billing systems and managing relevant projects
• Ability to work hands-on with the information system and Oracle database
• Ability to work in a team, effective communication with professional colleagues and internal customers
• Experience working with external suppliers
• Creative thinking and the ability to solve complex problems
• Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
