We are seeking a Director of Product to join the product leadership team and lead the CRM product groups. Our business management app is tailored to the SMB work style, offering essential tools for client management, scheduling, billing, and marketing.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all CRM products focused on service-based businesses' daily operations.
• Understand global SMB needs to develop tailored solutions and automations.
• Define vision and strategy for group offerings.
• Report to the CPO and manage a team of product managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and agile practices.
• Define KPIs, align the team, and ensure partner success.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in management positions.
• Preference for experience in CRM, Email marketing, Messaging, or similar SMB-focused products.
• Passion for users and user experience.
• Strong analytical and technology skills.
• Eager to explore AI and ChatGPT realms.
• Experience with international stakeholders and partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
