Quality Assurance Manager

Our logistics center in Petah Tikva is responsible for collecting and distributing Tnuva's beloved and popular dairy products to every household in Israel's central region while maintaining a high standard of quality assurance and control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Managing a leading food quality and safety system, striving for continuous improvement and excellence in service, product quality, and safety.

- Increasing awareness on quality and product safety aspects.

- Cultivating a management culture that encourages reporting, documentation, and handling of non-conformities.

- Leading, monitoring, and controlling the process of certification to ISO 22000 food safety standard.

- Developing quality and product safety plans, risk reduction, and failure prevention.

- Initiating, acquiring, and leading improvement processes.

- Providing service in these areas to a variety of internal and external organizational clients.

- Adhering to company and regulatory requirements: laws, regulations, standards, and directives.

- Responsibility for environmental quality, including: waste disposal, hazardous materials, handling of pollution permits, regulatory compliance.

- Monitoring and checking issues related to biosecurity, including disinfection.

**What You Need:**

- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Quality, or a relevant undergraduate degree (Life Sciences, Biology, etc.).

- Minimum of two years' experience in food quality field - mandatory. Managerial experience - an advantage.

- Experience working with regulatory bodies.

- Full command of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 standards.

- Orientation towards information systems.
