We're seeking a skilled Individual to join our Master Data unit!
🔍 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the initiation, definition, and implementation of work processes within the system.
• Be accountable for managerial and analytical reports.
• Manage control processes: analyze and identify gaps, additions, and data changes.
• Proactively manage relationships with various organizational units to improve service in terms of data reliability and availability.
• Define and maintain SLAs for handling internal and external customer inquiries.
🎯 **What You Need:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Economics/Business Administration.
• Experience in managing Master Data (MDM) in interface with SAP systems.
• Experience in project management and/or system implementation.
• Experience in a large manufacturing company - an advantage.
