Financial Controller

What you’ll be doing:

• Verify compliance with corporate guidance, procedures, and policies throughout the organization.
• Perform financial analysis of quarterly and yearly results.
• Ensure accurate and complete accounting treatment of sales commission according to ASC 606, including calculations and documentation.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Verify compliance with corporate guidance, procedures, and policies throughout the organization.
• Oversee the worldwide Transfer Pricing (TP) process, including calculations, documentation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Preparation and Overview of the company’s global Effective Tax Rate (ETR) including, inter alia, analyzing financial data and tax provisions to accurately forecast the ETR.
• Review and oversight subsidiary entities’ financials and perform detailed reviews of their results.
• Assistance with special projects and ad-hoc requests as necessary.
• Supporting the period-end close process as well as the annual consolidated finance statements and notes

What you’ll need:

Education:

• CPA
• Bachelor’s degree

Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Completed internship in high-tech division of one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• 2+ years of experience in tax accounting or a related field
• Knowledgeable in SEC filings and reporting requirements.
• Well-versed in US GAAP financial accounting and reporting standards.
• Capable of handling multiple projects, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess excellent English language, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements to improve the effectiveness of reporting across the group.
• A team player who is results-driven, highly motivated, and committed to making an impact.
