Affiliate Manager

Based in Tel Aviv, the first prop trading firm to incorporate AI is seeking an Affiliate Manager to join the Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving channel growth through the development, optimization, and ongoing management of the company’s affiliate channel.

The perfect candidate must be results-oriented and passionate about driving growth through continuous testing and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of full-funnel data.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously optimize the company’s affiliate channel, aligning efforts with key metrics.
• Perform daily optimizations with affiliates, focusing on lead quality and lifetime value metrics.
• Provide leadership in cross-functional sprints aimed at enhancing affiliate performance and channel efficiency.
• Conduct tests with alternative rates and lead generation models based on performance analysis.
• Identify and onboard affiliates, serving as the main point of contact for daily optimizations.
• Structure and negotiate terms for various lead generation partnerships, collaborating on terms and models.
• Facilitate data connectivity and structure using technology solutions.
• Onboard and train client-facing teams on new partnerships and strategies.
• Map out the affiliate journey experience, partnering to develop and test alternative experiences.
• Collaborate to identify, prioritize, and implement tests to continuously optimize the affiliate funnel.
• Explore opportunities to create compelling content and offers across the affiliate network, partnering on execution.
• Analyze and report on affiliate performance, supervising against lifetime value and benchmarking metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of confirmed experience in performance marketing and affiliate management (partner, aggregator).
• Proven record of growing digital marketing channels and leading against performance critical metrics.
• Analytical and committed; can connect performance with activities.
• Excellent communicator with the demonstrated ability to communicate strategy across a cross-functional team and to negotiate with partners.
• Flexible, self-motivated, performance-focused and can act to optimize and troubleshoot performance issues as soon as they occur.
